Backstory:

Anna was our first born. And it seemed from the moment she arrived, life took on new meaning for all of us. Each season that passed, there were new milestones.

From the moment Anna could walk, she wanted to twirl around in a circle. To this day, she continues to twirl. That is the essence of who Anna is.

I gave this movie as a gift to her on her eighth birthday. She continues to play it over and over again. And I bet she’ll be playing it for a long time to come.

Backstory:

Every year, I buy my husband the one thing I know he’ll like for Father’s Day—a picture of his family and a power tool. And, of course, I include the card expressing how much we appreciate and love him.

But last year was different. I created a movie to show him all those special moments he’s had with the kids which truly make him a great dad. The girls wanted to participate, so I found footage from the past and edited it with newly shot footage from the present.

Our movie became our own “Ode to Dad." Upon watching his story, his tears conveyed it all—a priceless gift.

Backstory:

Six was a breakthrough age for our Natalie. For the first time in her life, she felt empowered and independent. She started reading, took off the training wheels from her bike, and tried a bunch of new sports.

As her mom, I was so proud of the person she was becoming right before my eyes. I created this video so both of us would always be able to look back on a year of life-changing firsts.
